Bob has been with Kinsale since 2016. Bob has previously been employed with Brookside Golf and Country Club, Muirfield Village Golf Club, Wedgewood Golf and County Club and New Albany Country Club. He also played on the Web.com Tour and Golden Bear Tour from 1998-1999 and played on PGA and Web.com Tours from 2008-2010.

He has an outstanding list of accomplishments including Member of PGA Tour in 2008, 39 PGA Tour Events, 9 Major Championships, Member of Web.com Tour in 1998, 2004, 2009, 76 Web.com Tour events, PGA of America National Professional Player of the Year 2003, 2004, 2005, 2014, PGA of America National Club Professional Champion 2004, PGA of America Winter Stroke Play Champion 2005, 2006, 2013, 2014, 2016, PGA of America Winter Match Play Champion 2005, 2012, 2013, 13-time PGA of America Southern Ohio Section Player of Year 1996, 2000, 2002-2007, 2011-2015, 9-time PGA of America Southern Ohio Section Champion 1996, 2000-2003, 2006, 2013-2015, PGA Cup Player 2005, 2013, 2015, Ohio Open State Champion 2002, 2004, 2010, NAIA All American at Glenville State College 1987, 1990, Ohio High School AA State Champion 1986.

Bob also has 22 years of experience as a PGA Golf Professional, 15 years of extensive experience teaching top junior, college, and professional players, Over 40 college scholarship players, has been featured in PGA Magazine in Teaching Teachers feature article in 2014, Professional golf tips on Golf Channel during the National Club Professional Championship in 2012-2013, Assisted in video with Jim McLean for a product called Synca Swing in 2005 and has Numerous instructional articles for Mid Ohio Golfer in 1996-2007.
