Exchanges/Returns

We want you to love your Signature Shop items but understand that sometimes items need to be returned for various reasons (wrong size, color, etc.). We accept returns of non-sale items within 15 days of your purchase if the item is in original condition with tags still attached. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS. Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are not eligible for returns.

Please send the item with the Return Card included to:

If you have lost your return card, please include a print out of your order confirmation.

Please allow 7 business days after receiving your package to process your return or exchange.

You will receive an email notification upon processing your request. Allow an additional 7 days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit statement. We do not refund shipping charges. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.

 

SALES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS (meaning no returns or exchanges). Due to the high volume of orders we get during a sale we are not be able to alter or cancel any orders after they have been placed.

LOST PACKAGE?

We ship via USPS, which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
