WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most orders ship within 1-5 business days of purchase. We try to get the order processed and prepared as soon as we can so you can get your Signature Item to you as quick as possible. We ship all of our products via USPS, most domestic packages will arrive within 1-5 business days of shipment depending on location.
WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
We are open for business 7 days a week from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond during the week.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. You will be emailed when the package is shipped with tracking information. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We generally process and ship orders within 1-5 business days, and once we have processed your order; we will be unable to make any changes. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com
